The Awareness Plan

The Awareness Plan

Inspired by seeing the entirety of a person and not just a body with parts... 


A #WholeHuman with a mind, a body, a past, goals for the future and a present we are able to work with... 


We'll build a routine(s) and connections that help energize you and keep you aware so that you can perform in the world in the happiest and healthiest way we can for ourselves, for others, for our world around us.  


Rest, Relax, Rejuvenate and Reenergize the Mind, the Body, the Heart, the Soul, the Human.

How we build an Awareness Plan #WithRae

  • We start by going over where we are in life and discuss where we've been as we feel comfortable
  • We talk about life - goals, hopes, dreams, achievements
  • We then begin by filling your belly with nutrient dense foods ie. tasteful + easy meals, recipes and snacks 
  • We'll make our meals according to how we look, feel and adjust our lifestyle 
  • We then focus on bringing our attention back to skills that we are born with: 

                  the breath, the mind, the body, our intuition

  • We will also find ways to refocus our attention back to ourselves -- 

                  our wants, our needs 

  • We create the space for healthy processing  awareness work, gentle and fluid movement while working up to faster and warming movements 
  • We learn what words identify with how we look and feel both on the inside and outside ie. " energized, fatigued, sore, tense, stressed, strained "
  • We find what works for us and what does not 
  • And as we go along you'll find that we'll naturally stick to things that work and keep going back to those things creating your own special way to always coming back to the awareness you have always had inside of you

What Your Session With Rae Is:

  • Dedicated time that's carved out in a specific time frame to remind yourself what's needed, wanted and warranted to keep yourself healthy and happy
  • Designed to give you the reset, energy, rejuvenation and revitalization you are looking for 
  • Meant to give you time and space to be your SELF 
  • Meant to allow you the time and space to work on your personal wants and needs with compassion, care and some guidance 
  • Meant to provide you with the tools, knowledge and resources to make the connections to your heart, mind and soul through fitness, wellness tips and tricks, breathing, creative practices and conversation

  • We'll Raise Awareness Everywhere: Mind, Body & Soul 
  • Our Mental Blockages and Openers 
  • Our Body Barriers and Movement 
  • Our Soul Cries and Outpours 
  • The RAE Method has been designed and evolved over the last 14 years (2010) with the lens of maintaining a healthy physical body, a calm and comfortable mind and creative output for the soul 
  • The Only Goal of the RAE Method is to Raise Awareness Everywhere and Open New Energy -- whatever that looks like and feels like for each client varies. Your session is designed to find out what that is for YOU and to follow through.
